Terms & Conditions

1. A Ticket cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase under any circumstances.
2. A ticket allows you to see the movies playing.
3. Please check your tickets before leaving the counter for show date and time as they cannot be cancelled, transferred or refunded.
4. Persons under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substances will not be permitted for entry.
5. We regret the inconvenience caused by the security checks.
6. Management has the right to cancel cinema screening due to natural disasters such as Rain,Thunderstone etc..
7. Any unlawfull activity found with in the Permises is punishable.
8. You may not redeem your ticket until all of your vehicle’s white lights are out or covered.
9. You must bring a printed ticket or present your ticket digitally (download and save before arriving).
10. IF YOU ARE BRINGING MORE THAN 1 VEHICLE MAKE A SEPARATE PURCHASE FOR EACH VEHICLE. Purchase tickets per person in each vehicle.
11. Tickets must be purchased as a group of people per vehicle. Do not purchase tickets individually and arrive in the same vehicle.
12. Ticket Classifications:
    • General Admission: Ticket is compulsory for Kids above 3yrs.
    • Child Admission: Ages 4 – 10 in cars
    • 3 years old & under Free in cars (no ticket is needed)
13. Tickets may not be redeemed after the ticket Counter has closed.
15. At least 2 people must be in a vehicle. You may not buy two tickets to gain admission.
17. From MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND through LABOR DAY WEEKEND, we will not allow one person in a vehicle to occupy space on Friday ,Saturday & Sunday nights.
18. If you are a regular patron that normally comes alone, please call us at least 2 days prior to your visit and tell us your name, the year, make, and model of your vehicle and its license plate number.
19. If you are bringing in any outside food and beverage, you must purchase an Outside Food and Beverage not Permit
20. All Bengies House Rules and Policies apply.
21. We are open rain or not
22. Late show tickets are not sold online
23. Management reserves to right to refuse admission granted by this ticket and revoke it.
24. If you select the wrong vehicle size no refunds will be given nor are you guaranteed a space.
25. Pets are not permitted.
