Cancellation Policy
- Ticket cancellation facility is available only at Theatre ticket Counter to call 91 74279 00000 and cancelled
- Transaction can be cancelled only after 30 minutes of booking the tickets
- For tickets cancelled upto 3 hours before show start time, 80% of ticket value
- Refund will not be applicable for cancellation done within 3 hrs of show start time.
- No partial cancellation is allowed. Ticket purchaser will have to cancel the complete transaction through which the ticket (s) were booked.
- online fee, other charges and taxes applicable thereon will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
- The refund for the cancelled ticket will be processed in minimum 10 working days.
- Moorthys drive in theatre reserves the right to modify/add/alter/revise/ withdraw or otherwise carry out any necessary changes to these terms and conditions and/or the cancellation feature
- Moorthys drive in theatre general rules & regulations are applicable.
- Moorthys drive in theatre. reserves the right,to disqualify any ticket purchaser from the benefits of this ticket cancellation policy and
to take strict action, including criminal prosecution in case any benefit is obtained under this ticket cancellation policy by fraudulent means.
- In case of any dispute , Moorthys drive in theatre‘s decision will be final.
